Schmiedlin has extensive corporate and freelance experience in the areas of transportation, industrial, business to business, and manufacturing. From concept to completion, I create print advertising, collateral, corporate identity, brochures, direct mail and packaging. I possess the passion and drive necessary to deliver fresh, effective solutions—on time, and within budget. 

 

Pittsburgh based artist attended CAPA (Creative and Performing Arts) High School and went on to pursue a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design at LaRoche College. My paintings, already in many private collections throughout the country, have recently garnered the attention of public outlets here in Pittsburgh: I currently has paintings on display at Children’s Hospital, Animal Friends, Vanilla Pastry Studio, the Sewickley Gallery and the Pittsburgh Zoo.

 

The artwork of Schmiedlin was recently featured in the "Things We Love" Section of Pittsburgh Magazine. Schmiedlin also takes time to give back to the local community: in supporting POWER

(a local organization that aids women in recovery) by donating a few paintings each year.

 

When not creating, Schmiedlin enjoys expanding his collection of pieces and encouraging

the work of other artists.
